- Week 2 - Being Mindful
Learn how mindfulness can be used in daily activities and how meditation has been utilized for ages in many cultures and religions.
Week 3 - Focused Awareness Meditation Techniques
Focusing on the breath and mantra meditation. Discover Yoga Nidra, similar to a focused awareness meditation, but uses a systematic process to bring one closer to sleep, allowing more rest in the mind.
- Week 4 - Open Awareness Mediation Techniques
Practice noting and self-Inquiry techniques. Review everything we’ve learned. Discuss what they can use go forward. What will your practice be.
